Roles and Responsibilities 

8-12 years experience

•           Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune infrastructure for software distribution and patch management.

•           Plan and execute monthly patch cycles, ensuring compliance with security baselines.

•           Develop and maintain deployment packages for applications and OS updates.

•           Monitor and troubleshoot deployment failures, ensuring high success rates.

•           Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting and configuration policies.

•           Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and enforce compliance.

•           Maintain accurate documentation (SOPs, deployment guides, audit reports).

•           Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

•           Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

•           Focus on predictive, autonomous orchestration like Low-Touch Deployment, Self-Healing Endpoints etc.

Technical Skill Set

•           Microsoft Graph API; AIOps tools.

•           Strong understanding of SCCM, Tanium, workspace One, Intune , Intune suite and security copilot

•           Patch management and compliance reporting.

•           Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.

•           Scripting: PowerShell for automation and deployment tasks.

•           Security & Compliance: Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys).

•           Familiarity with ITIL framework and enterprise change management processes.
