Role Summary
• Support and maintain Plan and Inventory data models with a strong focus on SAP-based planning and reporting.
• Perform hands-on data analysis, including data extraction, cleansing, profiling, and validation to support global demand planning.
• Translate business needs into clear data and system requirements by working closely with planning and inventory stakeholders.
• Contribute to data design, sourcing, and enhancement decisions, balancing priorities and trade-offs.
• Analyze data flows, dependencies, and system impacts, and communicate risks and changes to downstream systems.
• Own and maintain global plan data documentation and ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Data Governance and Data Quality teams to implement and monitor data quality standards across regions.

Required Skills & Experience
SAP & Planning Systems
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA ,SAP ECC,SAP APO ,SAP BW
• Exposure to planning tools such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, OMP
• Solid understanding of demand, supply, and inventory planning processes
Data & Analytics
• Advanced SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data modelling (star and snowflake schemas)
• Ability to perform impact analysis and root cause analysis
Business & Collaboration
• 6–8+ years in supply chain, master data, or operations roles
• Strong understanding of sales, shipment, and inventory data
• Effective communicator across business and technical teams
• Ability to influence change and challenge existing processes
Tools
• Advanced Excel for analysis
• PowerPoint for executive-level communication
