Automation Engineer – AI & Intelligent Automation (NCS/Job/ 4072)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation + AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions by combining traditional test automation with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to enhance software quality, automate testing processes, improve developer productivity, and accelerate software delivery across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Integrate AI and Generative AI into test automation to improve test creation, execution, maintenance, and defect analysis.
• Build AI-powered solutions for test case generation, self-healing automation, intelligent debugging, and predictive quality analytics.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Automate API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or Karate.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation into DevSecOps workflows.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots or copilots to improve engineering productivity.
• Analyze automation metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to automation strategy.
