Job Title: Team Lead – B2C Inside Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead – B2C Inside Sales to manage, mentor, and drive revenue through a team of inside sales executives. The role demands strong people leadership, target ownership, and hands-on sales execution in a fast-paced B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives with clear revenue targets

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics of team members

  • Conduct daily team huddles to align on targets, performance, and motivation

  • Own team training, quality control, and continuous skill development

  • Monitor conversion ratios, revenue per lead, and overall sales efficiency

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to improve outcomes

  • Share market insights, customer behavior, and competitive feedback with internal stakeholders

  • Ensure process adherence, CRM discipline, and reporting accuracy

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead

    • Must be from B2C domain only

    • Experience in inside sales with revenue ownership is mandatory

  • Industry:

    • Any B2C industry acceptable (EdTech, Finance, Training, SaaS, etc.)

  • Age:

    • Below 32 years

  • Communication:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong command over language

  • Ability to work in high-pressure, high-growth environments

  • Strong analytical skills to track and improve sales metrics
