Job Title: Team Leader – Telesales (Market Development)
Location: Kolkata / Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
CTC - 7 Lpa + 2 Lpa (Variables) (10-20% of hike on last ctc but not more then 7 lpa)
Experience Required: 2–6 years (Minimum 1 year as Team Leader on paper in B2C Telesales)
Joining: Immediate
About the Role
The role involves leading a high-performance telesales team focused on driving revenue through consistent calling, conversions, retention, and upselling. You will be responsible for team performance, daily operations, coaching, and achieving strong sales metrics.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Ownership: Drive the team to achieve daily & monthly revenue targets.

Team Management: Manage attendance, roster planning, discipline, and daily floor operations.

Coaching & Development: Provide regular feedback, monitor call quality, conduct retraining sessions.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales numbers, conversion ratios, and individual KPIs.

Daily Operations: Ensure timely deposition of daily collections and accurate reporting.

Strategy Execution: Allocate calling lists effectively to maximize conversion and productivity.

Training & Huddles: Conduct pre-shift briefings to motivate and align the team.

Recruitment Support: Participate in hiring and screening telesales advisors as required.

Market Awareness: Stay updated with competitor offerings, schemes, and industry practices.
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year TL experience in B2C Telesales/Telemarketing (must be on paper).

Team size - Min 10 people is compulsory.

Stability is must

Strong command over local language of the location (Kolkata/Ahmedabad).

Excellent objection handling, team motivation, and performance management skills.

Ability to work under pressure with high ownership and structured working style.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Localite (Preferred due to local language fluency)
