Senior Manager – Partner Business

Department - Sales / Partnerships

Experience - 8+ Years

Location - India (Travel Required)

Working Days - Mon – Sat (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

CTC - 18 – 20 LPA (15–20% hike on last drawn)

Notice Period - Max 2–3 Months

Travel - Extensive travel required

Interview Process - 4 Rounds

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

  1. Study Abroad Industry Experience

  2. Strong Market Knowledge

  3. Established Agent / Partner Network

Key Responsibilities

  • Own partner network growth, retention, and performance.

  • Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and scaling strategies.

  • Manage and mentor KAMs and BDMs with clear accountability.

  • Track and review sales funnel performance and revenue outcomes.

  • Identify new partnership models and expansion opportunities.

  • Ensure lead utilization, strong closures, and reduced TAT.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for partner issues.

  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes, workflows, and execution quality.

  • Translate field insights into business recommendations for leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years experience in B2B partnerships / sales / business development.

  • Prior team handling experience (KAM + BDM).

  • Strong revenue ownership and partner strategy experience.

  • Ability to lead teams in fast-growth environments.

  • Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / related field preferred.
