Role Overview: Revenue & Leadership

As a Sales Manager (L1), you are the engine of growth for your assigned territory. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals while actively participating in on-ground sales activities to ensure customer acquisition targets are not just met, but exceeded.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 10–15 sales members to achieve collective revenue goals.

  • On-Ground Sales: Lead from the front by engaging in direct field sales and customer acquisition.

  • Revenue Ownership: Drive consistent revenue growth through strategic planning and performance tracking.

  • Territory Management: Manage assigned regions effectively, optimizing resources to capture maximum market share.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high conversion rates.


Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in Sales, with a strong preference for the EdTech domain.

  • Leadership: At least 1–2 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more members.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Mindset: A highly target-driven approach with a "never-give-up" attitude.

  • Logistics: Possession of a personal Laptop and Vehicle is mandatory for this role.
