About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager (B2C) to lead a high-performing sales team, manage customer acquisition initiatives, and achieve business targets. Role Overview: Sales Leadership & Team Management
As a Sales Manager (L1), you will lead a team of 10–15 sales professionals, oversee territory planning, drive lead conversion, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the achievement of individual and team revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition and business performance.

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10–15 sales executives.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team development initiatives.

Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving business objectives.
Sales & Revenue Management

Own individual and team revenue targets.

Drive customer acquisition through consultative B2C sales.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Ensure consistent achievement of assigned KPIs.
Territory & Lead Management

Allocate territories and sales responsibilities effectively.

Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.

Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with parents and prospective students.

Deliver excellent customer experiences throughout the sales journey.

Resolve customer concerns and support informed decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success teams.

Support local outreach initiatives and demand generation campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Experience

3–5 years of experience in B2C Sales.

2–3 years of experience in team handling.

Experience managing a sales team of 10–15 members.

Prior experience in K12 EdTech is highly preferred.
