We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in bulk hiring for contact centre, customer support, telesales, and sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements

• Source and screen candidates for customer support, telesales, contact centre, and sales positions

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and delivery timelines

• Build strong talent pipelines and achieve hiring targets within defined TAT

• Conduct walk-ins and support mass hiring drives when required

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring data regularly

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment

• Prior hiring experience for contact centre / sales roles is mandatory

• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously

• Good understanding of modern sourcing channels and recruitment strategies

• Strong closure and follow-up skills
