Position: Key Account Manager (KAM)
Department: Sales / Partnerships
Location: Delhi / NCR (or as applicable)
Experience: 2+ Years (Study Abroad experience mandatory)
Age Preference: Below 30 years (Max 35)
CTC: Up to 8 LPA (15–20% hike on current CTC)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Travel Requirement: 12–15 days per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Key Account Manager (KAM) who will manage and grow B2B partner relationships in the study abroad ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for agent onboarding, partner engagement, funnel management, and driving student enrollments through partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B partners / study abroad agents.

  • Drive student enrollments through partner channels.

  • Maintain strong partner relationships and engagement.

  • Monitor and manage the entire student admission funnel from lead to enrollment.

  • Conduct regular partner follow-ups, performance reviews, and relationship building.

  • Ensure low turnaround time (TAT) and high lead conversion.

  • Track daily funnel movement and resolve operational blockers.

  • Coordinate internally with admissions and operations teams for smooth execution.

Mandatory Skills

  • Study Abroad Industry Experience (Mandatory)

  • B2B Partner / Account Management

  • Agent Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Sales Funnel Management

  • Lead Conversion & Enrollment Handling

  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills

  • Market & Country Knowledge in Study Abroad

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education companies

  • Exposure to B2B sales or partner ecosystem management

  • Ability to handle multiple partners and enrollment pipelines

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Related Field
