Role Overview
The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territories.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
Product Presentation & Meetings
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product offerings and business value.
Sales & Negotiation
Handle quotations, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures effectively.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic customer engagement and business development activities.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Experience

2 – 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, renewable energy, or related industries.
Skills

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Good understanding of B2B sales and territory management.

Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
Preferred Profile
