Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking high-energy, result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join a leading employability-led EdTech platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students, guiding them toward career-focused programmes in Healthcare and Hospitality. Your primary objective is to manage inbound leads, provide expert academic counselling, and drive physical walk-ins to our Centres of Excellence.

Timings 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The client is a premier EdTech organisation dedicated to bridging the employability gap. They offer industry-aligned degree and certificate programmes (EDGE & SPRINT) in high-growth sectors such as Healthcare and Hospitality, delivered through a network of partner universities and specialised Centres of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle high-volume inbound leads using LeadSquared CRM to ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Counselling: Pre-qualify and counsel prospective students and parents on industry-focused career paths and programme benefits.

  • Walk-in Generation: Book and drive physical walk-in demos at our campuses/centres; this is a core performance metric.

  • Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from initial call to final enrollment/conversion.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily calling quotas and weekly walk-in targets.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Language Proficiency (Non-Negotiable):

    • Bangalore: Must be fluent in Kannada.

    • Pune: Must be fluent in Marathi.

  • Communication: Above-average verbal communication skills in English and the respective local language.

  • Location: Only local candidates currently residing in Bangalore or Pune will be considered.

  • Joining: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
