Working Days: 6 Days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Experience Required: 6 Months – 5 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹9 LPA (Fixed ₹7.2 LPA + Variable) + Decent Hike on Last Drawn
Role Summary
We are hiring Career Counsellors / Senior Career Counsellors for a target-driven inside sales role focused on student admissions. The candidate will engage with prospective students, provide course guidance, and convert leads into successful enrolments.
This is a revenue-linked, performance-oriented position requiring strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding UG & PG programs

Handle inbound and outbound calls (data calling)

Convert leads into confirmed admissions

Guide students on degree programs and admission process

Manage online chat and telephonic queries
-
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily call reports
-
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
-
Collect and consolidate feedback from participants
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline)

6 Months – 5 Years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Admissions Counselling

Open to candidates from all industries

BFSI background preferred (High ticket-size sales exposure approx. ₹10L deals)
