Job Title: Career Counsellor / Senior Career Counsellor

Department: Inside Sales / Admissions
Location: Sector 125, Noida
Working Days: 6 Days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Experience Required: 6 Months – 5 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹9 LPA (Fixed ₹7.2 LPA + Variable) + Decent Hike on Last Drawn

Role Summary

We are hiring Career Counsellors / Senior Career Counsellors for a target-driven inside sales role focused on student admissions. The candidate will engage with prospective students, provide course guidance, and convert leads into successful enrolments.

This is a revenue-linked, performance-oriented position requiring strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students regarding UG & PG programs

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (data calling)

  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions

  • Guide students on degree programs and admission process

  • Manage online chat and telephonic queries

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily call reports

  • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets

  • Collect and consolidate feedback from participants

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline)

  • 6 Months – 5 Years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Admissions Counselling

  • Open to candidates from all industries

  • BFSI background preferred (High ticket-size sales exposure approx. ₹10L deals)
