Business Development Associate (High-Ticket EdTech Sales)
Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Associate to join a leading, venture-backed EdTech platform specializing in high-demand tech careers like Data Science and AI. This role is strictly for sales professionals who have a proven track record in consultative selling and handling high-ticket premium programs (₹1L+ value). You will engage with warm leads, act as a career counselor, and drive enrollments for flagship programs that directly impact learners' professional futures.
Key Responsibilities

Counseling & Conversion: Guide prospective learners through career decisions and convert them for premium tech programs.

End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial lead engagement to final enrollment and payment.

Consultative Approach: Understand learner career goals to recommend the most suitable program fit.

Objection Handling: Effectively manage objections, negotiate with credibility, and close high-value deals.

Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous follow-ups and ensure high CRM hygiene.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration: Work with admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Prior experience in EdTech inside sales, career counseling, or program advisory is mandatory.

Proven Track Record: Experience selling high-ticket programs (value of ₹1L or above) is non-negotiable.

Domain Knowledge: Prior experience selling tech certifications or Master’s programs (Data Science, Software Development, or AI) is highly preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Skillset: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
