Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Project Management

• Own complete project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent defence electronics projects, balancing priorities, risks, and resources.
• Define project scope, WBS, schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Track progress against cost, schedule, and quality baselines; take corrective actions proactively.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders, leadership, and defence customers.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and reviews.
• Manage expectations, scope changes, and approvals through structured change management.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Lead and coordinate hardware, embedded software, FPGA, RF, testing, QA, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure alignment between R&D, prototyping, qualification, and production phases.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Implement and improve project management and Agile processes.
• Drive lessons‑learned, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support organizational maturity in project governance and execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in project management within defence, aerospace, or complex electronics programs.
• Proven experience handling multiple parallel projects end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of electronics development lifecycles (hardware, firmware, software).
• Experience working in R&D‑led, regulated, or mission‑critical environments.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP / PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Scrum Master
• Agile or Lean certifications
