Program manager (Hea Job/ 345)

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Program coordination and execution - Manage day-to-day activities across one or more initiatives, track milestones, maintain action items, and ensure commitments are documented and followed through.

• Cross-functional partnership - Work with stakeholders across teams to align on scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and decisions.

• Communication and reporting - Prepare clear status updates, meeting notes, and concise program communications for team members and leaders.

• Risk and issue management - Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and help drive resolution to keep work moving forward.

• Coachability and continuous improvement - Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, apply lessons learned from prior projects, and show growth in independently managing more complex work over time.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management in a cross functional team and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Be able to influence and motivate others with perseverance to handle stimulating business situations
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgment, solid decision making and contingency planning
