Role Overview

We are looking for a Product & Visual Designer who can contribute across product design, branding, and marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX skills along with experience creating high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop user interfaces using the company's design system.

• Design marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Create website landing pages and digital assets.

• Produce basic motion graphics or edit short promotional videos when required.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams.

• Maintain and enhance the design system.

• Support developer handoff and implementation quality.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Visual Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing product and visual design work.

• Expert proficiency in Figma.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is preferred.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in FinTech or SaaS products.

• Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.

• Ability to create simple illustrations or icons.
