Java Backend Developer (Fed Job/ 1)

* 6-8 years of Java development experience in Product-based companies 
* Strong expertise in Core Java, OOPs, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling.
* Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, Microservices.
* Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
* Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience working with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
* Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC role) with strong coding skills.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems is an added advantage.
* Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.
