.Net lead with React.js - Relevance Lab - Hybrid - Full time.
Job Summary:
 
We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core,
Azure Cloud, and React.js to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance
applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-native
architecture, microservices, and full-stack development, along with strong leadership and
communication skills.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure 
• Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions 
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js 
• Ensure seamless integration between React.js frontend and .NET backend APIs 
• Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements across applications 
• Implement secure authentication using Azure AD, Okta, and MFA 
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) 
• Ensure code quality through tools like SonarQube and best coding practices 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for solution delivery 
• Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices 
 
 Technical Skills Required:
• Strong experience in .NET Core and C# development 
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native development 
• Expertise in Micro services architecture and REST APIs 
• Strong frontend development experience using React.js 
• Experience with SQL Server and database design 
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (Azure AD, Okta, MFA) 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps (ADO) 
• Familiarity with Sonar Qube and code quality tools.
