• Business Analysis & Documentation
• Lead requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD, use cases, flow diagrams).
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and features.
• Conduct 3-Amigos sessions and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Agile Delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Standups).
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• UX & Design Collaboration
• Work closely with design teams using Figma to prototype and validate user flows and create the designs / mockups using figma and other similar tools as needed
• Ensure user-centric design principles are embedded in business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Present findings and recommendations through compelling presentations.
• Build strong relationships across teams and departments.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Quality & Compliance
• Review test cases and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support UAT and sign-off processes.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all deliverables.
