Job Description
- 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales in technology
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss technology solutions confidently with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East/Europe / India
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work during hours that overlap with multiple time zones
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads across target regions – Middle East, Europe and India
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations
- Understand client business challenges and articulate how ZISPL's technology solutions can address them-Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Automation, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Navigate complex sales cycles from initial contact through to purchase order initiation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development goals
- Stay informed of market trends and competitive landscape in the technology sector
- Experience selling enterprise software, IT services, or technology consulting
- Network of industry contacts in our target regions
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies
