Position Title: Senior Recruiter

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and client management.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with passive and active sourcing techniques.
• Expertise in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including managing candidate pipelines and reports.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and candidate engagement strategies
