Overall Job Description
Acquisition of key clients & high end customers & adding these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
Responsible for increasing of liabilities size of relationship via balance in accounts of NTB and existing NRI customers and enhancing customer’s profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
Review the Inflows and Outflows in the mapped NRI accounts also proactively track NRI visits to India.
Increase customers’ engagements through cross selling investment like LI, GI & other non-investment products Forex remittances, loans, etc.
Sourcing NRI customers & thereby generating fee based income
Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.
Providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.
Building client rapport with corporate sector/NR clients.
Delivering the target number with quality & customer delight
