 Acquisition of key clients & high end customers & adding these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.

 Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.

 Responsible for increasing of liabilities size of relationship via balance in accounts of NTB and existing NRI customers and enhancing customer’s profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.

 Review the Inflows and Outflows in the mapped NRI accounts also proactively track NRI visits to India.

 Increase customers’ engagements through cross selling investment like LI, GI & other non-investment products Forex remittances, loans, etc.

 Sourcing NRI customers & thereby generating fee based income

 Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.

 Providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.

 Building client rapport with corporate sector/NR clients.

 Delivering the target number with quality & customer delight
