Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business leads across our target regions
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs and IT leaders) in prospective client’s organizations
• Should be open to travelling within Mumbai and other cities for client’s meeting
• Always maintain travel calendar to ensure team and self are making 10-12 meetings during any week.
• Understand client business challenges and articulate how ZISPL's technology solutions can
address them
• Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Provide response to RFPs and share technical and commercial proposals on time
• Maintain login details for various portals where RFP responses are submitted
• Navigate complex sales cycles from initial contact through to purchase order initiation
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development goals
• Stay informed of market trends and competitive landscape in the technology sector
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain long-term relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
