Key Responsibilities: · Candidate should have at least 3- 4 years of experience in AV Partner Sales. · Manage existing or identify and onboard new AVSI partners across India. · Achieve revenue and growth targets through effective channel management. · Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive partner enablement and solution adoption. · Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for partners and clients. · Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — with focus on enterprise and mid-market customers. · Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. · Set up meetings with potential partners and listen to their requirements and concerns. · Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. · Create frequent reviews and reports with Partner sales team. · Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. · Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. · Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. · Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. · Ownership of complete sales cycle from prospecting to collections Preferred Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). · 3–4 years of experience in AV, UC (Unified Communications), or IT/Telecom channel sales. · Strong understanding of AV integration ecosystem and B2B solution selling. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
