• Assist in the CapEx and OpEx budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support the Lead Financial Analyst in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Perform detailed variance analysis on actuals vs. budget and provide supporting commentary. • Maintain and update financial models to support investment decisions and cost management.
• Collaborate with technology teams to gather data and understand projected financial impacts.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry support.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation within FP&A functions

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, with exposure to CapEx and OpEx processes & Experience supporting technology or IT-related projects preferred.

Skills:
Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities. Familiarity with planning tools (Workday Adaptive preferred). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
