• Build and launch demand generation and event campaigns in Eloqua (emails, landing pages, workflows)
• Partner with Customer Success teams to deliver high-priority campaign and email requests
• Manage daily lead routing and ensure SLAs are met, including manual processes during system transitions
• Upload and validate syndication lists, maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce and Eloqua
• Support migration projects (AEM, Salesforce, Eloqua) including form reviews and template updates
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely, error-free execution

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or campaign management
• Hands-on experience with Eloqua or HubSpot (or similar platforms like Marketo or Pardot)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and lead management workflows
• Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with LeanData, AEM, Asana, or similar tools
• Exposure to large-scale system migrations or enterprise-level marketing operations
• Familiarity with B2B demand generation and Customer Success
