Job Description
• SFDC experience of 1to 3 years and should be comfortable to support Force.com Applications
• SFDC ADM 201 certification is required
• Strong debugging/ log analysis experience is a must
• CPQ, CLM hands on experience will be preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is must for interaction with global users
• Knowledge of APEX coding will be added advantage
• Respond to and resolve all customer inquiries (via phone, e-mail and web)
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear and concise ticket documentation with all required data and fields
• Escalate service requests and issues appropriately with stakeholders and own the issue till resolution
• Exercise independent thought within defined procedures and practices
• Manage priorities and act on factors that create priorities
• Generate Knowledge Articles or assist in the same.
• Basic office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
