Job Description
• Schedule and manage interviews across global time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, providing timely updates and clear communication.
• Generate and analyze reports from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide insights and track recruiting activity.
• Assist with new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Process background checks, draft and manage offer letters, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, create dashboards, and support process improvements.
• Reprioritize tasks at short notice and pitch in with various recruiting and operations tasks as needed.
• Work closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to ensure alignment and efficiency across processes.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in a recruiting coordinator, operations analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Previous experience supporting global teams or coordinating across multiple time zones is a plus.
• Graduate with MBA as an added advantage.
