Provide necessary vendor documentation (e.g., contracts, tax forms, insurance certificates, etc.) and verify accuracy.
Ensure vendors meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Maintain and update vendor records in the system.
Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth vendor integration. Serve as the main point of contact for vendors during the onboarding phase.
Respond to vendor queries in a timely and professional manner.
Track progress to ensure all onboarding steps are completed on time.
