Job Description
• 3–5 years of professional design experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on web/digital design (ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or professional services).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating website page design, landing page design, and responsive layouts. Digital ad design examples a plus.
• Understanding of user experience fundamentals including accessibility, navigation patterns, and conversion-focused design.
• Familiarity with best practices in CRO, including use of CTAs, visual hierarchy, whitespace, and scannability.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects for light animations is a plus).
• Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and breakpoints.
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS principles (not necessarily coding, but understanding implementation constraints).
• Some understanding of limitations of CMSs on designs.
• Knowledge of analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills: You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and dev teams.
• Problem-solving mindset that can balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
• Adaptability and curiosity. Stays current on design trends, evolving UX best practices, and UI patterns.
• Attention to detail—ensures pixel-perfect design while understanding the practicality of web development.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing effectively.
• Comfort with shifted schedule to accommodate some overlap with North American hours.
