• System Knowledge working with the following applications:
• Act as a liaison between IT, Finance, Procurement, and other business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle R12 solutions.
• Configure and maintain Oracle R12 modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements by conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop functional specifications for system customizations, reports, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Expense Management processes within Oracle R12.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system adoption.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new system features.
• Work closely with Oracle support and external vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Keep up-to-date with Oracle R12 updates and recommend improvements to leverage new functionalities
• Understanding of security roles, workflow configuration, and approval processes
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to processes and systems.
• Work directly with the development team to build solutions, discuss
• requirements, testing solutions, etc.
• Gather detailed requirements, produce business requirement documents (BRDs)
• Manage requirements in Jira
• Develop detailed test plans/scripts
• Perform Quality Assurance testing (System and Integration)
• Strong understanding of integrations
• Analyze and interpret business data from various sources to validate reports and dashboards
• Conduct, lead, manage UAT and results
• Effectively coordinate project activities at the direction of management
• Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Actively participate in assigned projects / Initiatives
• Attend weekly status meetings and provide updates
• Attend and lead scrum meetings as needed
