Job Description
- We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to transform complex problems into elegant design solutions that delight users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping and user testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Translate insights and feedback into clear, actionable design improvements.
Ensure consistency of user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Work with UI designers to maintain a cohesive design system and style guide.
Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of professional experience in UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and design process.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Axure.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and human-centered design.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic front-end concepts, or design systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
