Job Overview

• MUST have at least 5 years of proven experience as Lead design, development, and optimization of PL/SQL

• MUST have minimum 5 years hand-on experience in PL/SQL development, Oracle database

• MUST have minimum 5 years’ experience to manage and mentor a team of 5–8 developers/analysts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within a mid to large-scale organization

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage change requests

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

• Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, ensure performance tuning and minimal downtime

• Drive QA processes, maintain documentation, and enforce coding standards

• Familiarity with addressing application and database vulnerabilities is desirable

• Present project updates, performance metrics, and risks to management

• Managed team of 5–8 developers
