Envisioning system features and functionality

Create detailed design documentation independently

Produce code quality matrix and demostrate it to team

Provide an accurate analysis and estimation of tasks

Expertize in CICD

Ability to take over lead responsibilities in the absense of the lead

Ability to manage documents effectively (Confluence, JIRA etc)
