This role supports end-to-end hiring operations by coordinating across internal teams, candidates, and hiring managers, ensuring timely execution, interview scheduling, and process discipline to streamline recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and confirmations across candidates and hiring managers

  • Track candidate progress across hiring stages with 100% data accuracy

  • Execute follow-ups to close pending actions within defined timelines

  • Manage hiring trackers, documentation, and status updates daily

  • Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination activities

  • Standardize hiring workflows to reduce delays and communication gaps
