Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interview scheduling and confirmations across candidates and hiring managers

Track candidate progress across hiring stages with 100% data accuracy

Execute follow-ups to close pending actions within defined timelines

Manage hiring trackers, documentation, and status updates daily

Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination activities

Standardize hiring workflows to reduce delays and communication gaps

Must Have's
