Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the annual Sales & GTM strategy across product and service verticals.

Build and lead a pan-India sales organization, including Regional Sales Managers, SDRs, and Sales Coordinators.

Drive quarterly and annual Booking–Billing–Collection performance with clear region- and sector-wise accountability.
-
Align marketing, product, and operations teams to achieve business objectives and deliver unified outcomes.
2. Business Growth

Expand EyeROV’s presence across key sectors:

Defence & Homeland Security
-
Hydropower & Dams
-
Oil & Gas / Energy (Conventional & Renewables)
-
Water & Sewage / Desalination
-
Ports & Maritime Infrastructure
-
Disaster Management & Emergency Response
-
Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, EPCs, and system integrators to strengthen market access and project pipeline.

3. Sales Operations & Governance
-
Ensure accurate forecasting, strong CRM hygiene, and opportunity visibility.
-
Standardize proposal templates, pricing frameworks, and approval workflows.
-
Conduct weekly sales reviews and monthly board updates to monitor pipeline and performance.
-
Drive adherence to EyeROV’s incentive and target-achievement frameworks.
4. People Management
-
Coach, mentor, and performance-manage regional sales teams.
-
Set individual and regional KPIs; foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency.

Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, and capability development for sales personnel.
5. Customer & Partner Engagement
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and technical authorities across government, PSU, and enterprise customers.

Represent EyeROV at major industry conferences, exhibitions, and sector forums within India.

Oversee contract negotiations, documentation, completion certificates, and collection milestones in collaboration with operations and finance teams.

Strategic sales leadership and GTM planning.

-
High accountability, adaptability, and readiness for extensive domestic travel.
