🔍 Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR operations aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business/plant leadership
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
  • Handle grievance management and ensure a positive work environment
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Support manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business-aligned HR solutions
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights

🎯 Key Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of HRBP experience in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong exposure to plant HR / factory environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in performance management and employee relations
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience working with large manufacturing organizations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
