Job Description

Branch Operations Management:-

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to operational hours, security protocols, and housekeeping standards.
  • Manage store key handling and ensure proper access control for safety and accountability.
  • Monitor and drive branch profitability, maintaining EBITDA targets through effective cost management and operational efficiency.

Sales Strategy & Planning :-

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets, in consultation with the Cluster Manager.
  • Regularly review and analyse sales performance metrics such as:

I.             Foot Fall

II.            Conversion Rate

III.           Average Value Per Transaction (AVPT)

IV.          Average Units Per Transaction (AUPT)

V.            Average Selling Price (ASP)

  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and forecast sales targets based on historical data and market opportunities.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor sales execution and gather insights for improvement

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Strengthen customer relationships by focusing on top clients and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Team Leader activities, including route planning, sales targets, and key account management for large customers.
  • Implement and enhance the "Voice of Customer" (VOC) program to gather and act on customer feedback effectively.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, adhering to Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) guidelines and preventing stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Coordinate NPA (Non-Performing Assets) management with the Cluster Manager to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Conduct daily inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Forecast product demand and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet customer needs.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute branch-specific marketing strategies, including TTL and digital campaigns, with Cluster Manager approval.
  • Identify and collaborate on opportunities for new product development (NPD).

Employee Management & Development

  • Lead and motivate branch staff by providing regular product and sales training, facilitating career progression, and managing performance.
  • Take proactive measures to address employee and customer concerns, ensuring a harmonious branch environment.
  • Plan and oversee leave and attendance management for all branch employees.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure full compliance with local government regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee branch accounting and cash management, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
  • Prepare and present branch performance reports, including MIS, during review meetings.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Manage logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth functioning of branch operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the central warehouse for efficient delivery schedules.
