HORECA SBU HEAD

To be responsible for developing, leading, and scaling the HORECA segment, this includes complete ownership of revenue generation, sales planning, cost control, Profitability, leadership, customer relationship management, and overall development of the HORECA segment. This role requires you to be a blend of strategy, planning, and execution.

  1. To conduct market analysis to identify the customer segment, regional opportunities for expansion, and demand trends within the HORECA segment.
  2. To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for HORECA division.
  3. To perform the budget planning and maintain P&L for HORECA division including tracking revenue and expense, profits, margins and take and suggest remedies when needed.
  4. To identify the scope for product improvement and new product development as per evolving market needs.
  5. To collaborate with the creative team for the development of the products and improvement in the existing product.
  6. To build and develop sales team for the HORECA division, that includes,
  7. Recruitment planning for the key positions.
  8. Training and development planning and execution for the sales executives, managers.
  9. To perform the sales target planning, sales forecasting for all the active HORECA markets, and strategies to achieve them.
  10. To manage the CRM for the Leads, lead stages, and activity tracking for the sales team.
  11. To monitor and manage the client onboarding in the ERP system.
  12. To manage the overall P&L for the HORECA division, including the pricing strategy, margin benchmarks.
  13. To collaborate with the Inventory and purchase team regarding the availability of the stock, purchase of the stocks and other necessities for the order fulfilment,  and for the timely delivery of the orders.
  14. To develop and maintain the Key accounts in the HORECA division, and explore opportunities with the Major HORECA players such as Hotel chains, restaurant groups etc.
  15. To develop the after-sales system to ensure customer satisfaction and client retention.
  16. To plan and collaborate with the marketing team for the marketing campaigns, product, and company branding, and In-store Product Displays for the HORECA division.
  17. To plan and guide the development of the POSM for the HORECA division.
  18. To perform the competitor analysis and monitor the developments in the HORECA segment.
  19. To keep himself and the team updated with the latest trends in the market.
  20. To implement HR policies in the HORECA division and ensure that team lives by the HR policy.
  21. To prepare the MIS for the management and share the progress, insights, and analysis in meetings.
