The Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, cold calling for lead generation, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role contributes directly to ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales conversions, and strengthening Tent Studio’s brand value through excellent communication and service delivery.

Lead Generation & Calling

Conduct cold calls to introduce Tent Studio’s products and services.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to generate business opportunities.

Schedule meetings or appointments for the Sales Team where required.

Customer Query Handling

Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Provide accurate product, pricing, and service-related information.

Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams for timely solutions.

Outbound Engagement

Make follow-up calls to customers for feedback, cross-selling, and relationship management.

Support telecalling requirements for marketing campaigns and promotions.

CRM & Data Management

Accurately update customer details, lead status, and call logs in the CRM system.

Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports for analysis.
