Job Description

1 Branch Operations :

a) Manage the opening and closing of the branch store.

b) Ensure timely reporting to the Head Office (HO) and Branch Manager (BM).

c) Housekeeping and Product Display, Stock Management.

d) Maintain orderliness and ensure proper housekeeping of the branch.

e) Oversee proper stock display to enhance customer experience.

2 Team Management:

a) Train and coach branch and new employees to improve performance.

b) Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect, which directly contributes to enhanced team performance and seamless branch operations.

3 Marketing and Business Development:

a) Execute TTL marketing activities, including:

b) Conduct Customer calling.

c) WhatsApp messaging and social/digital marketing for the branch in coordination with Marketing.

4 Customer Service:

a) Greet customers and conduct need analysis to understand their requirements.

b) Provide detailed product information and recommendations.

c) Manage referral programs, gift handling, and other customer-related activities.

5 Stock and Inventory Management:

a) Perform daily cycle counts of branch stocks/inventory using inventory management tools like ERP or POS systems and prepare detailed reports.

b) Assist the Branch Manager in stock forecasting and maintaining Minimum Stock Levels (MSL).

c) Report stock shortages, damages, and ensure stock control measures are in place.

d) Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for the branch store

6 Alignment with Organizational Values:

a) Prepare and handle all branch-related reports and MIS (Management Information System), including sales data, inventory updates, employee performance metrics, and customer feedback insights.

b) Participate in team meetings to share progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

c) Ensure adherence to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ethical practices, and HR guidelines.

d) Uphold Tent Studio’s core culture, values, and ethics in daily operations.
