Job Description
1) Coordinate in day-to-day accounting & financial operations.
2) Take sales & purchase entry and also coordinate with the CA for taxation work.
3) Preparing and posting journal entries
4) Reconciling vendor and customer ledgers on a daily basis.
5) Preparing the sales process by providing sales quotations to the party.
6) Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
7) Generating GST reports and ensuring timely filing.
8) Assists in TDS calculations, returns, and ensures timely payment.
9) Handling bank reconciliations and maintaining cash flow records.
10) Monitoring due dates and ensuring timely vendor payments.
11) Ensure timely posting of the journal for the Tour and travel of employees, and also ensure timely payments.
12) Help in auditing processes.
13) Verifying purchase and sales invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.
14) Assists in preparing P&L and B/S reports for the yearly auditing process.
