Overview :
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. You ll brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results.
In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. If you re also an excellent communicator and team player, we d like to meet you. Your goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute new customer acquisition strategy across online media channels (YouTube, Meta platforms, etc.) for the brand
- Lead the top of the funnel campaign management and execution in line with the brand goals
- Lead the D2C (for brand website) business planning and implementation of performance marketing campaigns (including SEO), marketing operations and creative strategy in line with top line and bottom line goals
- Work with inhouse content team and agencies for the development of advertising material across multiple platforms in line with brand objectives and guidelines for brand marketing and performance marketing campaigns
- Supporting digital front visibility of the products and brand for improved performances for sponsored and organic searches e.g. Amazon, Google searches etc.
- Work closely with the inhouse content team to coordinate content deliverables
- Assistance in planning, execution and tracking of new product launches
- Manage the dashboards for marketing and business KPIs for the website
- Analyse and derive insights for continuous performance optimization across KPIs
- Will have one person reportee for campaign management
- Explore paid content collaborations across OTT and other channels
Skills :
- 3-4 year Proven experience as an Performance marketing especially in meta campaigning at a D2C Brand
- Hands on experience in campaign management (Meta and other) would be a must
- Ability to analyse data, form hypothesis and optimise performance
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
- Organisational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Results-driven attitude
- Experience in Strategising D2C Business revenue pricing, and distribution.
- Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business or Engineering; Master s/MBA would be a plus; Education from Tier 1-2 colleges would be a plus
