Key Responsibilities

• Execute retail training programs across the region for jewellery stores.

• Conduct Induction & Onboarding training for new employees and new store launches.

• Coach and mentor retail staff to enhance product knowledge, store processes, and customer service.

• Ensure completion of behavioural, product, and process training programs within timelines.

• Manage LMS (Knowledge Portal) and monitor learning completion for store teams.

• Organize learning events and certification programs for regional teams.

• Provide support during peak sales events (Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras, etc.).

• Conduct customer service model role-plays and follow-up coaching.

• Review and report training insights to RBM/ABM on a monthly basis.

• Coordinate with retail operations, merchandising, customer experience, and content development teams.

• Support new store readiness and handhold teams during store openings.

• Maintain compliance through Mystery Audit improvements, LMS tracking, and knowledge checks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Customer-centric and passionate about luxury retail.

• Strong communicator with convincing skills.

• Ability to build relationships across store and regional teams.

• Result-oriented with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.

• Good team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Experience in jewellery retail training is highly preferred.
