Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Territory Manager with proven experience in Life, Health, or Motor Insurance sales. The ideal candidate will lead customer acquisition, manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee a team to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and generate leads for Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products.

  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions.

  • Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and business objectives.

  • Conduct follow-ups for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and post-sale support.

  • Stay updated on product offerings, competitor strategies, and market trends.

  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company regulations.


Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

  • 5–8 years of experience in Life / Health / Motor Insurance Sales, Bancassurance, or Agency Channels with team handling exposure.

  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

  • High integrity and strong customer focus.
