Experience: 6–10 years in talent acquisition within Asset Management / AMC companies.
Reporting to: DVP – HR

Budget: Up to 20 LPA
About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the asset management sector, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment for its AMC business. The role requires strong expertise in hiring across investment management and corporate functions, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and niche leadership hiring. This is a Mumbai-based position, requiring candidates who can attend in-person interviews and work from office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and related asset management verticals.
- Manage hiring across fund management, research, quant, sales/BD (B2B & B2C), client servicing & operations, and corporate functions.
- Build strong pipelines through head-hunting, networking, and proactive sourcing.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver timely and quality hires.
- Oversee vendor management, stakeholder management, offer negotiations, and rollouts.
- Ensure excellence in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics.
Requirements
- Candidate should have prior experience working in Asset Management/AMC Companies.
- Education: Full-time MBA.
- Strong track record in investment management and corporate hiring.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, headhunting, and offer rollouts.
- Proven ability to handle niche and leadership hiring independently.
- Mumbai-based candidates only.
