Role Overview:
The Senior Project Implementor will manage day-to-day operations across assigned clusters. The role requires strong field execution, stakeholder engagement, structured reporting, and data discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute operations in assigned zones/clusters and ensure program delivery
• Initiate tie-ups with Government/Government-aided/Trust-run schools
• Identify and engage corporate and individual donors; maintain partnerships
• Plan and facilitate periodic Train-the-Mentor sessions
• Provide daily updates to HO team on progress, challenges, and risks
• Support content development and project coordination needs
• Manage school relationships (teachers, HMs) and stakeholder alignment
• Maintain CRM updates with high accuracy and ensure data quality
