Role Overview:
The Senior Manager / Regional Manager – Bulk Bandwidth Sales will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth through enterprise and wholesale connectivity solutions. This role combines strategic business development, key account management, and close coordination with technical and service delivery teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute regional sales plans for bulk bandwidth and enterprise connectivity services
• Analyze market potential, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive growth strategies
• Prospect, identify, and onboard new enterprise, ISP, and wholesale customers
Key Account Management:
• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients and ISPs
• Track customer satisfaction and implement retention initiatives
• Drive renewals, bandwidth upgrades, and cross-selling of additional services
Delivery & Operations Coordination:
• Ensure timely service delivery and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with service delivery and operations teams for proactive issue resolution
Pipeline & Reporting:
• Maintain a strong sales funnel and conversion rate
• Ensure structured pipeline management and reporting through CRM systems
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA preferred
• Strong business development and account management capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of broadband, ILL, and network connectivity solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to design commercial and technical solutions
• Strong CXO-level relationship management skills
• High ownership, target orientation, and team-player mindset
