Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, investigating & resolving user/ clients problems technically.
  • Responsible for understanding the customer requirement and subsequent preparation of suitable technical solution / presentation.
  • Responsible for providing POC (Proof of Concept).
  • Responsible for installation, configuration & execution of work within specified time the team.
  • Responsible for adequate support of warranty / post-warranty calls.
  • Responsible for follow-up of RMA issues with respective OEMs.
  • Responsible for preparing of all technical documents related to any projects & implementation.
  • Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication.
  • Responsible for onsite technical support to customers across all locations.
  • Responsible for All Compliances Customer related workplace, OEM/Supplier, people, Processes, and systems.
  • Responsible for transformation and Change Management.
  • Responsible for generation & retention of 3rd party vendor across the region.
  • Responsible for finding & fixing vendors for passive materials
